3.1 All prices are listed in EURO unless explicitly written in a different currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 We accept various payment methods, including iDeal, PayPal and an online bank transfer.
3.3 Payment must be completed before order processing. If no direct payment is made at checkout, payment must be made within 72 hours to avoid order cancellation.
3.4 In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order accordingly.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We ship wordwide. Shipping times may vary depending on location and external factors.
4.2 You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as carrier issues, customs, or force majeure events.
4.4 If a package is lost or delayed, please contact us for assistance.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 You may return products within 20 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

5.3 Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5.4 Certain items, such as perishable goods or customized products or products that can no longer be sold as new after activation or first use (e.g., after activating e-cooline items) may not be eligible for return.

6. Warranty and Liability
6.1 Our products come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
6.2 We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or third-party modifications.
6.3 Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
